Apparently following on from their brilliant Iphone app Streetmuseum, the Museum of London has announced the London Street Photography exhibition, a collection of candid photographs from 1860 to the present day. Sounds great and it includes the work of an old colleague of mine Nils Jorgensen, so worth going just for him.

Streetmuseum uses Augmented Reality and a clever use of ip cameras to superimpose images from the museum’s archive over the Iphone video feed. One of the best examples of this kind of app that i have seen, as proven by its huge success, and has inspired me to advance the detail on a up-coming project of my own.
